Bleh1234567890 Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Hi everyone! So I've been having this problem since the season updates, which I do not own. So whenever I start up my game everything works fine. But when I go to have my sims do a wicked whims thing, the wicked whims section(?) won't appear. I have script mods on, I have the most recent thing, its only 1 folder deep, and its unzipped. I don't get the notification that its running either. My other mods work though. If someone could help, that'd be very appreciated! Thank you!!

You have the latest version? you don't have duplicate WW files from an older version? you've used WW before? your sims 4 is up to date? version 1-45-62-1020?
Queen Carmen Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 Bleh1234567890, Do you have any old files from the wicked whims or did you not put everything into your mods folder from the wicked whims file? This same exact thing happened to me for the basemental drugs mods and then I realized that I wasn't putting everything from the file into my mods folder. 1. If you have any old files from the wicked whims then delete those and get the new updated files of the wicked whims 2. If you didn't put everything from the wicked whims file into your mods folder then go back to the wicked whims file and put everything from that file into your mods folder Also, make sure that you have both custom content and script mods on. I'm sorry if this doesn't work but at least try

Ok...….try this....remove WW and start a new game.exit without saving and delete localthumbcache.pkg from the sims 4 folder.put WW back in the mods folder and restart the game.

Pretty much ever since seasons, every single time I've tried to install wickedwhims, it screws up my game. First I would open my game after installing it and it would say Cannot load game: Error code: 3 or something. And Since trying it a few times since then, now when I press play, it gets me to pick a season again.... even though I was just playing my family a minute ago. And when I click a season, it's blank! Nothing shows up. It says "pick your world" but nothing's there, just a white screen. And a little thing down the bottom left saying "funds: $0" ughhh. EDIT: I've gone into the mod folder and deleted any remnants of previous wickedwhims mods. I've made sure they're in the right folder Repaired game. Still not working
