FNV. Mod conflict or load order?

Last I played the game was about 2 years ago. It was running just fine back then. I came back for another playthrough, added several mods (maybe 5 or 6) about 4 months but never actually got to play the game until just two days ago. The game runs for a few minutes, freezes and crashes. I do not remember which mods I have installed a few months back (I play so many games with mods that I can't keep track of them all) so I am not sure what I might have messed up.

Here is my current load order (I use LOOT to do that). Once in RED I just disabled in an attempt to see if it was that,to no avail. Any Ideas? P.S. Forgot to add that I am using the newer 4GB fix, anti crash and stutter remover.

Just noticed something. I think it freezes and crashes everytime it has to save. On entering or exiting, locations, or timed save.

first thing first. Windows 10 + stutter remover. Read on the downloadpage for that mod, or (I believe) on the 'Fear and Loathing'STEP-guide what settings you need to change, because one of the service-packs for Windows 10 broke stuff.

 

Secondly, have you updated your mods. Expecially Sexout and Sexout Common Resources has undergone some changes.

SexoutRapist is old and might have issues with the latest version of Sexout.

CAGE should be disabled until just before the moment where normally the game would end. People have reported issues with it, breaking scripts etc.

 

Do you use UIO (from Nexus) to make all GUI mods work together?

 

You have both level 29 forever.esp=1 and level 49 forever.esp=1 ... I have never heard of these mods before, but based on the name, I think they conflict with eachother.

 

If all things above didn't help, you could look at your script-heavy mods. You could try disabling a set, like for instance Mission Mojave, and see if it improves.

I have not seen that about the stutter remover. Thank You i'll check that as well.

Not using any UI mods at all. Most mods just scroll message, at top left, when they have something to tell me. The night vision from the ranger armor I never really use, but it seems to have aligned itself pretty nicely at the bottom right.

The level 29/49 are from a mad that lets you level past the limits set by the game. (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55237?tab=description) And that is definitely my oversight. Thanks for pointing that one out.

I'll check back after running some tests.

Project Nevada, Advanced Recon, JIP Improved Recipe, (Nevada Skies) are 3 (or 4) mods that change GUI's.

 

Also I think Roberts_NewVegas.esp=1 should be loaded much higher as at least " 1nivRobertCockBox.esp=1 " appears to need to load after it (based on the naming convention)

Advanced recon only shows a few icons when I use the night vision/thermal (during storms, only if surrounded by enemies) The others don't seem to have much of an effect on anything for me. Of course I've been using those mods for so long I don't think I can remember what the game looked like in vanilla state. 

 

Okay. Reinstalled all the sexout stuff. Found that SCR were out of date, Disabled the 29 level cap and moved Roberts_NewVegas almost all the way to the top. Also disabled the stutter remover. Played for about an hour and..... "All systems go Captain, she ain't gonna blow."

 

Thanks a bunch dborg2. Keep ASSimilating 'em.
