How to give male sims vaginas? Anyone?

I'm quite new to Lovers Labs and was wondering if anyone knew how to give a male sim a vagina...unfortunately checking off the fact that a sim doesn't have a penis isn't enough ;C 

So if anyone has some ideas, recommendations, or mods I'd like to know about them very much OvO
