onlyhereforthenudemods Posted July 20, 2018 Posted July 20, 2018 So, I've had all these mods and stuff work in the past, about a year ago when I used to play this game all of the time, but not I absolutely cannot get Sexlab to work. I messed around, downloaded everything I needed to download, and nothing happened. In fact, they would just stand there and T-Pose, no animations whatsoever. So I narrowed it down and because I was getting an error in the FNIS that a Leito Pack I was using was making errors, I uninstalled it, and it worked, no more T-Poses and animations worked normally. Then the SexLab itself didn't work. I got the options in the dialogue to initiate it, that worked, but when it came down to the sex part, nothing would happen. They wouldn't teleport to each other and stand still or whatever, they wouldn't have glitched animations, they just wouldn't do anything. It just returned to normal like I never pressed anything. I opened the console and it said "failed to claim an available thread" and wouldn't load. It recognized the two actors but it just wouldn't load. I don't know if my load order is wrong or anything I tried to optimize it but please let me know if you know how to fix this.

onlyhereforthenudemods Posted July 20, 2018 Author Posted July 20, 2018 Alright, I fixed the crash by loading a previous save then going to the save I wanted to, but the same thing happens. Failed to claim an available threat. I have the menus in MCM, they all say install but nothing happens when I click on them. Do I need to wait a bit longer?
Dorabella Posted July 20, 2018 Posted July 20, 2018 For starters: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000/ You have a file marked red, which means that something is missing, if you know what mod it is, or add what is missing or remove it. The fact that the ESP is turned off does not mean that it can create problems. I do not see the animations in the list presented, it also lacks XPMSE / XPMSEE for creating skeletons, which should detect FNIS when you start it Instead of using a save, make a new game.
Guest Posted July 20, 2018 Posted July 20, 2018 Just open the console to check if SexLab is doing something. You can also try to restart it from inside the MCM. Oh, get rid of the sparse Unofficial patches. Get USLEEP that has all the patches in a single file.

Everything says it's going right in FNIS.
Dorabella Posted July 20, 2018 Posted July 20, 2018 Strangely, you do not have ESP / ESM of SOS and XPMSE, you should have them active (look at the screen). Try to move the ESM / ESP as you see in the screen You have two ESP marked in red, if you remember the mod, try to remove it and reinstall it, paying attention to what you will be asked to overwrite. It's the order I use, MNC requires a specific order and so some animation-packs From the MCM menu try reinstalling SexLab, starting with a new game. You should have the list of standard animations

I downloaded XP32 and fixed the load order I'm getting somewhere, SexLab now loads, but the animations for Lydia (my dummy) are a little off, she still kinda T-poses as she walks sometimes, and the sex loads up but we're just inside each other, like morphed. I don't think it will ever work for me.
Dorabella Posted July 20, 2018 Posted July 20, 2018 It could solve the problem, in your list there is not. XPMS / XPMSE build skeletons, correcting crash errors when they undress or perform actions without clothes. My advice is to install XPMS / XPMSE with ModOrganizer and / or NMM, Start FNIS, ascertain the presence of skeletons (see screen). Move ESM / ESP files in the order I showed you above, restart FNIS and try a new game. When you have control of the game-menu, from MCM install SexLab wait for it to finish (SEx Lab Ready message). Configure it as you please and try it working (just a masturbation scene is enough) Attention, install XPMSE, will make changes to the pre-existing skeletons, then you will have to reinstall the mods that will be involved (MNC, Creature Framework and others. Do not reinstall SExLab. Keep its skeletons.
onlyhereforthenudemods Posted July 20, 2018 Author Posted July 20, 2018 I tried to make a new game and I just get the infamous crazy flipping out glitch where the carriage is going everywhere in the starting scene.... I think I was just made to not be able to use this mod..

Dorabella Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 As already suggested you should remove some patches, especially the DLC ones use Live another life as a starting point. The problem of the initial glitch of the wagon is definitely a patch that conflicts (it happened to me too, I removed the patch and the problem is gone) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/?tab=files
slaveofpeon Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 Another issue with the Unbound chapter (the wagon cart ride) is a physics engine bug with skyrim. Apparently the wagon flip outs are known to happen if you don't have VSYNC turned on, which (while I hate VSYNC myself) can help with some of the natural skyrim bugs. It limits the frame-rate or something if i remember right, and skyrim physics engine seems to dislike high fps. As an learning modder myself, coming back after a year+ hiatus has been quite the experience. New bugs and old fixes not working, new mods that act weird when combined with old mods I liked. Its frustrating. So I offer the one advice I can: Make sure VSYNC is enabled, at least to eliminate one possible cause.

As far as he says, the serious problem is SexLab that does not work properly, in my opinion, something is missing and something is disturbing , I assume an excess of patches
Guest Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 Too many mods can be a problem. Check your papyrus.log (post it) to check for stack dumps, they are bad, but easy to solve by removing the mod causing them.
Nazzzgul666 Posted July 22, 2018 Posted July 22, 2018 Just correcting a little mistake: you do not need the xpmse.esp active, at least not for sexlab. You need it if you want the custom animations that come along with it, but those are unrelated to sex, just alternative weapon drawing/carrying and such. Having it installed and (re)run FNIS after installing it is a requirement, though.
