Crashing when loading and saving

Not sure what's causing it, but sometimes the game will crash on me. At first I thought it might have been an issue which mods have priority (and that might still be an issue, I had something similar happened to me on FO4 regarding Concealed Armor and Armorsmith) but I thinking it's an issue with Plugins. Here is the list.

My other guess is that a number of mods I installed had fomod extensions and I converted them over to zip files. But MO didn't seem to have any issues with the mods.

I also suspect it might have been caused by the 4G Patcher. I accidentally used the outdated one before realizing it than used the other one. Did an integrity check. I'm hoping I don't need a clean install.

So I uninstalled FNV, deleted the folder for it in steam, and reinstalled. I haven't extensively tested it yet, but it is still acting funny. It seems to be a loading issue as it can take a while to transfer between cells.

 

EDIT: Yeah, okay, it's still crashing. It's not crashing on CASM saves anymore but it is crashing on loading.

Crashes on loading of the game, or loading a savegame.

If it's while loading the game, you probably have a missing plugin, or an incorrect load order. You can use LOOT to verify this.

If it's loading a game, it could be a corrupt savegame.

It might have been load order. When I press sort in MO2 and when I run LOOT, even though it's suppose to be the same thing it'll load the plugins differently. Sort just throws all the plugins in weird locations while running LOOT will actually put the DLC plugins at the top. I'm also going and doing all the grunt stuff I didn't want to do so the game doesn't have dirty DLC edits (for some reason I was thinking mods use dirty edits, but then I remembered that was Skyrim that did that).

 

EDIT: Haven't made a bashed patch and just running LOOT and using ENB and few others from Fear and Loathing setup guide. I think it really was just MO2 not running LOOT correctly when using the sort button.
