Problem with switching between sims

Sorry for my bad English
I have problem. When I Playing on 1/2/3 fast in game I can't switch between my sims. When i pause the game I can do it withaut any problems. I thought it was the fault of other mods, but problem was solved only after remove WhickedWhims mod.
Can someone help me?

Is your game up to date? should be 1-44-88-1020.....do you have any lag mods? or game speed mods?....if you do update or delete them.
