Mass Effect 3 TexMod not working origin

Every time i follow the steps (renaming me3 and texmod to me3) when i start it from origin, it wants me to download it again? please help :,)

Aaa!! Sorry,, is there a program in ME3Explorer that does what Texmod does? I'm awful at this stuff lol, I'm just trying to get custom hair for my femshep,,
