Have I forgotten to dis/enable some options? No matter what I do, all other sims in the room seem to appear, but not her. Help please

Help please She probably wants to go home....It happens if the sim is getting ready to leave...what are the green and pink bars like? empty?.....all age romances checked? if she's a teen she won't do it with anyone older.
