Is you your game fully up to date?

Yup! I just updated it, and I made sure to delete all the old files related to it before I re-installed it, like it says on the WW page, so I'm unsure of why it's doing this. Unless I did something wrong that I'm not aware of?

Yeah everything is up to date!! I just checked it again and I think I put the wrong 'last exception' in- there was multiple and I used an older one by accident. here's a recent one https://pastebin.com/g52WGEAS the game just gave me this one today TT; do you think you could determine the problem from here? And thanks so much again for your help!!!

Ok do you have an event going on? and is it raining.....had something similar on pirate day.....raining and sim was carrying an umbrella....delete it and if it does it again make a note of what was going on with your sim.
