How Do I keep the Guards from Killing Rapists?

In Joburg? I really hate having to resurrect them when they're off raping other NPCs.

Turn off combat during rape or you'll have to install the loversstopkillraper plugin (I believe) in order for the rapists to not be killed by responsible people.

HO! WAIT!

loversstopkillraper.esp does the exact opposite... It ensures that guards and companions (if the PC is raped) go after rapists.

Right! Man I hate those names! They're misleading. Well, it's one of those rape plugins that will stop companions and guards from killing your rapist.

Not activating (or deactivating, in your case) the plugin should be enough.

You might want to deactivate LoversHelpRapeVPlayer as well. That one makes your companions attack anyone trying to rape you. Sounds good, but it usually turns into an all-city brawl.

somthing i did is just completely kill crime altogether, there are a few mods on nexis that'll turn it off. also means that if you encounter a female guard, you can have your turn with her too without fear of being sent to jail :P

Yeah I've experienced that all too much. I have a mod that adds random muggers to the streets and if I get raped by one, a whole freaking riot ensues. Once the mugger is dealt with usually one or two people will start attacking others for random reasons. The guards absolutely destroy any woman fighting them. One guard rapes the woman while the rest then kill her while she is immobile. Once those people are dead, some more decide to fight the guards in an ongoing battle with the guards exterminating half of the city!
