mrrakkonn Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 Hey, just figured I'd ask before I delve into my Mods folder to find the problem. It seems the Seasons patch (or the DLC) broke my game some, first it wouldn't let me enter CAS because of some error loading save game, this went away when I deleted my save games and restarted. However, though CAS works fine now (I think), the game still messes up. When I start a game after having created a household, first of all the game deselects the households and I have to grab them again from the gallery (rather than the standard route of going straight to placing the household somewhere) however when I place them their their portraits down in the corner all turn into llamas and when I try to play as them the game CTDs. Anyone else had this problem and fixed it? I mean it has to be some mod I have, but before trying to find out myself, I figured I'd just ask, maybe save me some time. Could it be a mod of some sort (I don't have too many of these installed) or maybe a piece of CC that's causing it?
mrrakkonn Posted July 5, 2018 Author Posted July 5, 2018 You mean using Sims4Sutdio? Just tried that, for the CC at least. I also updated the mods I can remember having (my Mods folder is bloated and unorganized, there may be stuff minor stuff there I can't remember).

It's just that there was something messing it up so my saves kept me from progressing past the main menu. Removing the saves has fixed that in that I can now access CAS, though the game crashes on actually trying to enter Live Mode. At least it's progress.
mrrakkonn Posted July 5, 2018 Author Posted July 5, 2018 Got it working, I think. I overlooked running an ancient version of Pose Player.
