Random Black Textures

I decided to re-mod my skyrim game and have gotten pretty far into untill I ran into this issue where random textures at random time turn black as these images show ->

as shown in these images random black texture, I have tried everything but they always manage to pop up again, not sure if its mod related or enb related although I dont think it has anything to do with the enb (Aeon ENB)

This looks like full VRAM or hot card.

 

Reasons can be:
- too optimistic settings in graphics options
- some highres textures mods or mods with missing mipmaps (i do not read any modlist as pictures)
- ENB settings

 

In ENB there is an option to clear the VRAM. Should be Shift + F4 by default.
