Skin Tone sliders not working

As the title says the skin stone sliders in character creation have suddenly stopped working for me locking every character I currently have saves for and every character I go to create with the default skin tone and I honestly haven't got a clue on what's causing it as I haven;t installed any mods between this afternoon (when they where working) and now.

I did sort my load order, that's what Loot gave me and any mod without any numbers (or letters) beside it aren't active.

 

Also fucking inis, a mod told me to change that line to get it to work properly

NEVER USE LOOT for Oblivion !!!! It mess up your load order. Use BOSS !

Never use NexusModmanager , it can not install Lovers Mods.

Never install the game in C : / program files (x86)
