Cant load family

Hey i only installed WW and a few animations and every time i try to load a family i get this error code: 122:6ee24dd4:ea9a6763

It appears after the sims update. I updated WW but it doesnt help

Try removing WW....start game and play family.....exit without saving and put WW back.....delete localthumbcache file in the sims 4 folder and start again....see if this helps.
