Skyrim saves being instantly deleted

So I decided to reinstall my skyrim due to issue with mods before, after reinstalling the game and reinstalling Mod organizer 2 and the enb I was using (RealVision ENB) I started up the game and played through Helgen afterwards proceeding to save my game to my amazement there were no save files in the save folder. So I decided to keep the saves folder open while I save my game, what happened was the save files show up in the save folder and are instantly removed. I do not know why this issue is occurring. Going to properties and Security and making sure everything is check marked for allow has not changed anything either as some have told me to do.

it sounds like you didnt do that.at the top of mod organizer next to the globe, theres a square that you can configure a profile.if you see its default and no game save boxes checked, than thats not it

I found it seems I did not have that checked thank you.

Mh, i doubt that's the problem either but if you're not using Skyrim SE, it would be better to stick with MO1. It's still working better with 32bit Skyrim.

Other than that... to me it rather sounds like some tool on your computer keeps "cleaning it up" than actually a problem with Skyrim or MO.

Try taking a look at wherever you anti-virus and or firewall/anti spyware programs keep stuff they have removed for what ever reason, for me at one point or another both commodo and avast have flagged skyrim saves as spyware/malware or such and moved the to safe storage, though depending on your settings it could be that they are being deleted by them, though it should log that fact that they have deleted such files somewhere.
