Skyrim crashes everytime cell changes including in exteriors

[bruh...]

as the title says, when the game tries to load another cell it crashes. this includes going from an interior to an exterior, fast traveling to another location, and running from one exterior cell to another. I also experienced a CTD when trying to start a new game with alternate start. everything works properly until i interact with the bed. Also before all this started on my main save, another character i was playing started experiencing problems where getting hit by a melee weapon (spells didnt seem to trigger it) would CTD. here's my plugin load order:

Not try locate a problem like CTD with 245 mod's in the load order.

Remove half of yours mods and try with 125 mods. If CTD remove half again and try with 75 mods.

 

Aditionally, i not know the Skyrim Project Optimization but appear a bit old, from 2014, try removing it.

Same for DYNAVISION - Dynamic Depth of Field, from 2013, try removing it.

Your XPMSE is in the midle of your load order and must be in the last slots, XPMSE must overwite all and NONE mod can overwite XPMSE, reinstall it and move down.

i managed to fix it by reinstalling enboost. must have been a memory problem, which was my initial thought but nothing i tried at the time worked.
