Creation Kit Issue: Ctrl + F4 Not Working?

I'm about ready to tear my hair out. T.T Somebody please help. I'm following this tutorial: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Using_a_face_made_with_Chargen_Extension_on_an_NPC_for_Skyrim to make a custom npc using RaceMenu. I exported the RaceMenu facegendata no problem, found the dds and nif files just fine. But when I go into Creation Kit and click my npc and press Ctrl and F4 it doesn't work. The dialogue box asking if I want to export Facegendata pops up, and I click yes, and then another box pops up saying done, but when I go to Data/Meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom I don't see any dds or nif files with my npc's name nor do I see a folder with their name apart from the one I manually created and there's no nif or dds files in there either. Same story when I go looking for the appropriate files in textures. Nothing. I made it so I could load multiple esm files in CK and I loaded the mods with the custom eyes and hair I used (Apachii Hair, Apachii Hair Male, Eyes of Beauty, Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, and my mod set as the active file.) Still nothing. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to load RaceMenu and/or XPMSE, too? Is there something else I'm doing wrong? I don't know, I'm just really frustrated and at my wit's end. Can someone please help?

The export with ctrl + f4, nif and facetint .dds have the fom id of the NPC as filename.

Folder for textures:

Data\textures\actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\yourmod.esp\formid.dds

And a formid.tga - is not used, you can delete the tga.

Folrder for nif:

Data\meshes\actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\yourmod.esp\formid.nif

If the NPC a Vanilla npc is the yourmod.esp = skyim.esm

Thanks for trying to help, but that's just the thing, my mod isn't there at all. The only folders that show up under FaceGeom are Skyrim and its DLC and other mods I installed.
