[Request] removing high heel dependance from ShinShi Replacer (NIOHH)

Like the coin say any way to remove high heel dependency ShinShi Replacer (NIOHH) on this mod or has someone done it already ?

NiOHH is just NiOverride used for High Heels Offset from the floor:

NiOHH mods have a soft dependency, meaning if you are missing NiOverride your feet will go through the floor.
But no crashes because of missing masters, etc.

 

So what is the problem exactly?

High heels itself is no problem but cells that make contain 10 npcs or more with them is difficult at best on the cpu
