I don't use Skyrim64, but knowing a bit about FNIS, you must fix all warnings/errors in the FNIS run:

" >>Warning: Custom skeleton found. Select SKELETON patch.<< " - Normally you have to have the skeleton arm fix patch active (frankly this should be on by default, don't know of any alternative skeleton that doesn't require the patch).

>>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_ZaZAnimationPack_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<  - are you using the SE compatible version?  If not, get that one.

Nvm I fixed the error but there is one more, I purchased Skyrim off of a site that wasn't steam, how do I fix this error

>>Warning: Generator not run from a legal (Steam) Skyrim installation directory. If you use SKSE, this can be fixed by starting Skyrim once through Steam.<<

By buying a legal copy of the game and running it through steam.  No one on this site can or should help you further - see rule #6.  Sorry.

No I purchased it off of G2A and used a Steam-CD key, i didn't pirate it, but its location is C:\Games instead of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common

should I just move it to there? Another question, would Skyrim: Legendary Edition work with normal Skyrim mods?
