Ok, I left a smart-assed comment, my bad - the mod in that actual ink was deleted.  But Commonwealth Spartan has what you need.

so far all ive gotten from Commonwealth Spartan is a bunch of crappy guns. well, i got a blue energy sword too and its ok. only found two req tokens tho so i have a total of two whole armour pieces. the drop rate seems to be shitte. in fact i think both of them were from end boss chests. i dont think they they drop in random exploring/scavving chests. every time you eat a token it surprise fills your inventory with a bunch of guns which makes no damn sense to me lol.

 

what we need is mjolnr power armour...
