Nyxomenia Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 I had an idea for a character with magic resistance based on their level, and was wondering how difficult such a thing would be to implement. I looked at the scripts in the AULIAS quest award leveler mod, but it seemed fairly complicated.
TDA Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 And why does the magic resistance need scripts? As far as I remember, the willpower or intel is responsible for this/ In addition, if the characteristic of magic(in TESconstr) is ignoring resistance, it will always work
Nyxomenia Posted June 21, 2018 Author Posted June 21, 2018 Well, I wanted to make a custom race with magic resistance that increased based on the character's level, like 1% per level (or maybe 50% plus 1% every two levels).
TDA Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 Well, then add each 5 levels, the magical ability - resist magic 5% ............ - resist magic 10% - resist magic 15% ... ( Naturally, at 1 percent you need to do 100 spells, but it's strange. Better make only 20, since it is hardly possible to change the characteristics of the ability spell itself. )
