Tommytanker Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Ive tried to copy the NIF mesh files from Tempered skins for Females folder to the Bijin folder but doesnt work. (not sure if I should copy texture files too). I use tempered skins for females because it has pubic hair built in. I can see it on other non bijin characters but not his ones. I love his mod, females are stunning but it seems the body gets overridden by the mod. Can anyone please advise on the simplest way to have pubic hair + sexlab + bijins mods Just want to add some fluff without taking a course in computer programming !

You also need to make sure the texture and nif paths point to the right places for the bijin ladies, and if you have no idea what I just said you need to learn yourself some edumucation on textures paths and nif attributes, so you can avoid this very basic issue in the future.

Thanks, you've shown me the path to keep beating down. Whats confusing is that the Warmaidens mod has 3 Texture folders named 00, 01, and 02...any thoughts why there are 3? Not sure which ones to dump into. So I will copy paste the body mesh files (2 files) and then the texture files too. Since I only want to change the body, i take it I only copy over the body dds. and nif files?
27X Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 each batch is a particular group of ladies. rk has each grouped by body mesh and texture type to keep the filesize down. You probably want to replace all of them.
Tommytanker Posted June 18, 2018 Author Posted June 18, 2018 Many thanks, wishing you a pleasant day.

Unsurprisingly the heads are slight different colour than the body that i put in. Is there an easy fix to blend them in ? (there is No seam issues, they fit well). I am guessing I need to use a body slide program to manually adjust each one, if thats the case i will leave it as is.
27X Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 Different color would mean you don't need to change the meshes most likely. Did you also import the face dds's from Tempered and replace them as well? Another reason for differing tints could be the tint files from bijin. Check both of these before doing anything else, you might not need to do anything with the meshes at all. (maybe)

I only copied the body meshes & textures from Tempered females because I thought if also did faces it would override Bijins faces which i didnt want as I prefer bijins. I checked tempered females doing a mock install - there is an option to install female face tints by Xenius - i didnt install when i set up
27X Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 You've already copied the meshes, there's no need to do it again. You might wanna, then. I would install separately; rename the file to something else install the face textures options as well and install them in bijin folder then and see how it looks. I would do just the faces and see, and then the tints and see. It's not like you can't install them again if you need to back to any state you had along the way.
