missing dialogue

i will try to make this as short as i am able, i tried to merge skyrim immersive creatures and monster mod with wyre bash unsuccessfully and merged the wrong mods. so once i started my game it seemed like it worked at first so i continued playing, at the time i was wrapping up the dark brotherhood quest line, SPOILER ALERT for anyone who hasn't played it!!!!! just a heads up for anyone new. i killed astrid with a modded spell "hellfire" from midas magic mod which i have used forever, never had a problem with it and i saved there. i reloaded to continue playing and it says  my save is corrupted. i checked another save....same thing. so i got rid of my poorly bashed esp, checked my save again and everything works like a charm. even though all saves worked again i was still concerned about the files i had never saved over before i tried wyre bash being corrupted so i used save script cleaner on them. the saves all loaded up as they should but i noticed all my mcm mods installing again as if it were the very first time. i took my time and went through them customizing them in the mcm to set them up like before. it seemed everything worked well until i got to sexlab eager NPC's, when i used dialogue from sexlab eager npc's it just gives me (more) and (back). so i cant use it to initiate sex, also when speaking to the modded follower Minerva i cant use the "come with me minerva" dialogue option, she can be recruited like a regular follower or you have the choice of using her very own follower framework which i prefer because it leaves me space in AFT and she wont take up a slot. i tried reinstalling skyui, minerva, and sexlab eager npc's but no luck. any advice?
