Crash when entering Whiterun

Every time the game loads the surrounding whiterun/stable areas the game freezes. I tried the fix it all thing where you extract the meshes folder but, that didn't help. I also sorted with LOOT. Here is my load order.

Use Crash Fixes. In its CrashFixplugin.ini make sure to set UseOSAllocators=1. Crash Fixes requires  SKSE Plugin Preloader to work. Install both manually.

If you are using SafetyLoad or Continue Game no Crash, get rid of them.

 

Extracting meshes should not be necessary at all these days. Someone doing that from 2011 mustve suggested that. They are stuck in their old ways. Probably using the sane NMM and install from back then too.

 

You are using Dudestia Outfit changer. This mod is really old and buggy and spams papyrus. The mod author no longer cares about it and neither should you. I suggest get ridding of it.

 

You are using the mod Realistic Ragdools. XPMSE includes Realistic level of ragdolls built into it, so you wont need that anymore.

You should remove the Neisa follower also. She is using 8k textures and hdt hair and some nifs are pointed to the wrong paths causing invisible body and stretchy hair. She is probably the cause of most of your crashes.
