Another dead link at http://skyrimmods.at.ua/load/mody/odezhda/blood_hound_ishhejka_chsbhc/5-1-0-22 Oddly this seem to be a CHSBHC armor. Also it seems that the guy at http://a0928700968-tes5.blogspot.com/2012/09/cbbe-16-blood-hound.html has emailed mods to people before so you might try him.
