Hepsy's Basic Wear has some shorts in about the same proportion, but they are bluejeans cutoffs instead of the gym shorts you asked for. There is also a CBBE version.

 

Also, this is the Adults mod section, and gym shorts are not adult content. You might have better results in the non-adult section.
