poblivion Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Hi, for a long time, I am troubled by the ugly belly UUNP body, generated in BodySlide. In the past, I tried some weight adjustments, but in the end I came to the conclusion that one solution is to add more polygons. How complicated would be to adjust the base body and add more polygons at the belly ? If someone adjusted the base body for the BodySide, then each generated body would have multiple polygons as base body.
NightroModzz Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 You would need to cut off the stomach section and replace it with new topology. It has to have matching verts at the boarders, and extra closed loops for a higher poly stomach. If you have Maya, you need to have the base and a divided version. Turn the divided version into a GPU cached, activate it as a live surface, import the base for Quad Draw, then work on that section. It's probably around an hours worth of work for the mesh edit only, and maybe UVs for the edited mesh, that is if UV transfer has no issues.

For me, it's a superhuman performance, but for someone with experience it might not be a problem. I'm pretty surprised that somebody did not do it anymore.
