You can't play without Get Famous, but some of mod's functionality is unavailable for you.

Damn...Sorry) I was in hurry and misspelled? You CAN play without Get Famous, but some of mod's functionality will be  unavailable to you.

Would keep eye out with origin around summertime, they often do big discount across many their product then. Since steam typically hold big summer sales then origin usually do one too around summer to compete with them.

Fame point for Pornstar career decrease too fast although I usually do a live cam, make an advertising deal and reply the fan mail or subscriber while The fame point of My another sim that is in the acting career doesn't decrease quickly.

 

Moreover, The celebrity rank  should increase when you get the promotion like the acting career

Hi! Thank you for your comment! I don't manipulate fame rank decreasing in any way, but maybe I will make so fame rank increases with promotion in some way. However, it would be weird if pornstar gain fame as fast as actual movie star in my opinion.

they don't do the same movie or industry. Their fan-base  and their world is also totally different. So, It's not weird for me.

Just came across this mod, sounds amazing and will try it now. I am like a few others where I do not have Get Famous but everything else that is needed so I am willing to give it a shot and more than likely will buy Get Famous this week just for the extra functions. I have been avoiding adding more eps because I am using my dinosaur lap top at the moment and already getting the lag monster and delayed actions. So I am curious before I start to play later with this mod if I will encounter any extra lag from using it and installing Get Famous? 

 

p.s Thank you for creating this mod and bringing more excitement to my sims lives, and mine xox ?

Hi! Thank you! I can't say anything about the lag, this mod do not add any extra computer load, but Get Famous could. It depends on the specifications of your laptop and the amount of mods you use.

Trust me, I had to rev up my crappy old lap windows 7 lap top because my gaming pc is still in America, I moved to Turkey to be with my husband and lets just say, I got back into the Sims real quick and I am able to play but soooo laggy sometimes and even with settings low but thank god for reshade, I did dump a lot of cc but this is definitely a dinosaur with crap ram, ghz and graphic card I think came out in the stone age haha...But no problems with ur mod so far and I have noticed less lag and no delayed action queues since removing old cc from 2014 ? I am about to splurge on Get Famous but it was a toss up between Jungle Adventure and GF because I have the new beach mod in my download folder waiting but..GF it is...because ur  mod is like a breath of fresh air in my game and I am wanting to experience the full effects so I decided to go for GF, wish me luck! lol

Ahaha thanks, the sooner I get my PC the better..and yes I brought Get famous and loving it! ?..

 

I am having one issue. My sim is supposed to go to work at 6pm until 11pm. She doesn't leave for work until 7ish and she doesn't come home at 11pm. I'm sitting here watching and it's now 2:38pm sim time the next day and she's still not home. This happened the first time and I had to make her leave work early. Any clue what's doing that? This is her second day at home. P.s. it's now the following day and 8pm and still not home ?

ok..10 minutes later..I'm back and even though I made her leave work early she got promoted to erotic photo model with work hours 10am to 6pm but this time she left for work hours before 10am and now it's after 7pm and not home again. Different time zones for my sim? Or working triple shifts to get that money? Hehe ?

It will be the Hoe it up mod.

take it out of your mods folder/make a clean save/delete the localthumbcache.package

see if that fixes your problem, it probably will. ?

Thank you sooo much for this mod... been waiting for something like this to come along!  I am running this mod without Get Famous DLC... I just don't want to spend another 40 bucks on another DLC is all... some basic functions seem to work on the computer, but the computer isn't showing video.... and practicing editing doesn't seem to do anything... should those 2 things work without Get Famous?

It didn't work Bio. I deleted my cache, reset my folder, repaired game and my sim still doesn't come from work until 2 days later or unless I force her to leave work early. So I have no clue..I guess next is the fun part of elimination  of mods folder by folder..Yay me ?

Can anybody just tell me what features this mod have? The only thing I see on screens are some persons seating in front of pc... Does it contain any "real" action or it is just menus + blah blah blah??

lol it is in the comments on page 16 but here they are again...

 

WW and a lot of ww animations but I am starting to think some of them need updating because throwing off exceptions and they do that T stand after coming out of the sex action or the sex action resets.

Sorcerer mod by Sacrificial but it's updated and i do not think it conflicts but i will try without it i guess

i think before i take out any other mods i will try a new game with my sim and see what happens maybe my save is borked but right now I am to lazy and the game is tolerable. i even put my settings to low besides sims on high detail thinking maybe my laptop can't handle it...idk that didn't work either...sim does come home but stays at work for 2 days sometimes then comes home but then when she comes home she leaves again to go back to work again then the cycle begins of either i wait 2 days for her to appear again from work or i make her leave early once the green circle completes in her action queue.
