FNIS and sex lab troubles

if i restart FNIS and have a single animation work from start to end, but after that, sexlab stops playing any animations 

 

this is a successful animation

 

this is what happens every time after

 

resetting the registry does not do anything and has the same result as restarting FNIS again and again

Edit 1: testing a smaller save, it does skip the animations once, but after resetting the registry the animations work multiple times.

same mod list, less followers

 

Edit 2: went to to a far earlier point and it works smoothly
