Children with dark adult heads

I've been trying to fix this problem with a child follower I added, but ended up spreading it to all the kids and every adult has a dark skin head now.

 

Here's my load order, I was fiddling with it so it probably looks terrible.

Alright I fixed the kids by updating RS Children Overhaul, but the child follower is still the same. Adults still have the dark face as well.

can you post a screen shot please? I've seen something like this but need to ensure its  same thing.

First image is the follower, she's a child with a custom head but as you can see it's some adult head here. Second image is the Riverwood blacksmith.

Alright I found out by going into the CK that my follower has no face gen data. I got her from here:

Is there a better place to get her? Or any way to get that data?

Alright, so it was the Hair Replacer mod, which states that it doesn't mess with face gen data... but apparently it gets rid of all the face gen data, so yeah. Now I gotta find a new hair mod for NPCs.

I ran into this with TKAA for children that had their facegen info packed into a BSA.  Just unpack it and install it as loose files after any other mods.  You'll still need to manually tweak the ESP if you have some other mod that gives them an item or something if you want them to have it.
