Hello! This is the second devlog for Ice Cream, and today we have important news: the demo version of the game is now available. You can now head to the island yourself, meet the first characters, unlock some of the events, work in the ice cream shop, and experience the game’s atmosphere firsthand. Welcome to the Island The demo already includes a large part of the island where the events of Ice Cream take place. The player can visit different locations: the ice cream shop, the pool, the beach, the café, the hotel, their own room, and other places. Depending on the time of day, different events may occur on the island, so exploration is not limited to a single route. During the day, the island feels bright and relaxed, but in the evening and at night, it begins to reveal another side of itself: new situations appear, strange encounters happen, and more personal moments with the characters become possible. The Ice Cream Shop One of the game’s central mechanics is working in a small ice cream shop. During a shift, the player takes orders, chooses the correct base, flavor, syrup, and topping, trying to assemble each ice cream correctly and quickly. This is part of the core gameplay loop: working helps you earn money, pass time, and gradually become involved in the life of the island. The shop is not just a mini-game separated from everything else. Through it, the player encounters visitors, rumors, and small events that make the game world feel more alive. Hitomi’s Story The demo already includes part of the story route for Hitomi — a cheerful and bold lifeguard at the pool. You can meet her, unlock the first events, and see how her attitude toward the protagonist gradually develops. Hitomi loves teasing, easily puts the hero in awkward situations, and clearly enjoys this little game. Her route already includes animated scenes, showing the direction we want to take the visual side of Ice Cream. We want the key moments with the heroines to feel not just like dialogue, but like full scenes with mood, movement, and memorable details. Hitomi’s story will continue in the full version of the game: new events, more explicit moments, and further relationship development are still ahead. First Encounters with Other Characters Besides Hitomi, you can already meet other characters on the island. Some appear in small scenes, others are just beginning their routes, while a few leave more questions than answers for now. This is part of the overall structure of Ice Cream: the island gradually introduces the player to its residents, their habits, oddities, and little secrets. In the full version, each main heroine will have her own story, personal events, and separate relationship progression. Rumors and Hidden Events The rumor system is already working in the game. Rumors help you find new events and suggest where you should go next. Sometimes they point to a specific location, while other times they simply hint that something suspicious is happening on the island. This system is important for exploration: the player is not just clicking through a quest list, but gradually collecting information, checking locations, and unlocking events through observation. Of course, the rumors here are not always presented seriously. A very strange pair of informants is responsible for them, so some of the hints sound as if the island has long since gone insane and is now simply pretending that everything is normal. Collectible Cards In the demo, you can also start collecting collectible cards. These are vintage erotic photos that are placed into a separate album. Some cards can be found while exploring, while others will be unlocked through events or relationship progress. Collecting them will become an additional activity for players who like to carefully inspect locations and search for everything hidden on the island. What’s Next Right now, we are continuing to develop Ice Cream and are preparing new content. The full version of the game is planned to include: four main heroines; full story routes; more animated scenes; new locations and events; development of the ice cream shop; additional rumors and random encounters; full voice acting. We are also paying close attention to player feedback. It helps us understand where the hints should be improved, which events work best, how the game’s pacing feels, and which elements need further refinement. View File DatDude's Demo Experiments [XCL] [0.23] One common complaint on the discord server is that there aren't enough demos, leading to the sales job getting kinda... stale. Now there's more demos, with increased variety of video clips and mechanics! Mix up the workplace with new NPC's, new dangers, and new ways to raise your sexual reputation. This mod is intended to make it a bit easier to add and start your own demos, while also improving the visual and gameplay variety of the game's existing demos. Additionally, several new achievements are added to the game using the base game's modular achievement system! The new demos can occur after different conditions. Be careful -- these demos can get dangerous. Our hypnotist has some dirty tricks and a pregnancy fetish, while our Barista doesn't care if you orgasm on a Dumb Bitch. Our Pharmacist might require you to take an unknown pill with dangerous side effects like a Resistance or Breeder, while our stay-at-home mom is... strangely normal? Give her some attention, she's hot and she deserves it. To unlock the new demos, simply make it to sales level 3 at the Sales Job. (AKA, "Intermediate Salesman"). At that point, your boss will tell you that you're eligible to start doing "Experimental Demos" if you sign up for them in the break room. Make sure that you've signed up for them in the break room, as the new demos are off by default. If you're using a mod combination that for some reason breaks the intro passage (such as Usagi666's "Cold Calling Interruptions", earlier versions of my Cold Calling Improvements mod, or anything which touches the :: work options passage) you should still be able to see the demos upon reaching sales level 3 -- check the notice board in the break room to see if the sign up button exists, which should be enabled by default. If you *really* want to see a demo, or you're a modder, you can set a given demo to always run at the start of a demo day by running the command: (set:$alternate_demo_override_choice to "Your Demo Starting Passage") IE, for the pharmacy demo this would look like: (set:$alternate_demo_override_choice to "Pharmacy Demo Bootstrap") The starting passages are: - "Barista Demo Bootstrap" - "Hypnosis Demo Bootstrap" - "Pharmacy Demo Bootstrap" - "Pool Cleaner Demo Bootstrap" - "Realtor Demo Bootstrap" Install using the Official X-Change Life Modloader Utility. Hello, guys, name's Arnav. I've registered on LoversLab years ago, but wasn't really active. Anyway, today I want to introduce to you an upcoming lewd game called 'Neon Touch' made by Studio Kuma. It's a 2D game with a gorgeous visual style, set in a cyberpunk world inspired by well you know. You will play as a young guy living with his mo landlady, and depending on your choices, you can either corrupt the ladies around you, or help them. MC is gonna be a university student, but it seems that the plot is going to be dedicated to the corporate intrigues (and the developers have been hinting on quite hardcore lewd content - more extreme than in their previous game). The ladies themselves mostly belong to the MILF category, but there will be some young faces as well. (Oh, and it's gonna have a special menu for setting up your preferred relations so there won't be a need for an incest patch.) The game itself is gonna be a visual novel with some sandbox features, and it is scheduled to have the initial release (0.1) in the middle of June, with monthly updates afterwards.
