This Mod adds dialogue during sex scenes. Your sex partner, whoever they are, will say sexy things to you while you're banging them!
There is different dialogue on scene start, stage changes, and on orgasm. The dialogue will work for both Male and Female Player Characters. What is being said will change a lot depending on the gender of your partner, whether it is a consensual or non-consensual (victim) scene, the type of animation playing, whether the Player or Player's sex partner are wearing DD gear, among other things.
The dialogue is randomized and currently there's around 700 different dialogues that can be experienced in all sorts of different combinations and situations. (You probably won't see the same dialogue combination twice). You might see specific dialogue lines relevant to Footjobs, Boobjobs, Blowjobs, Handjobs and other niche fetishes.
How to get the Mod to work?
Pretty much just install it and go have sex!
Dialogue Examples:
A Male Player having consensual Vaginal sex with a Female Partner who is not tied up or gagged might get dialogue like:
Intro: "I get cum all over my thighs just thinking about your cock!"
Stage 1: "My thighs are so slippery!"
Stage 2: "Your cock feels incredible! I could ride this big hard piece of meat for hours!"
Stage 3: "Oh! Fuck yes! Keep working my clit!!"
Orgasm: "AAHHH!! AHHH! Oh God!! I'm Cumming!! I'm Cumming!!!"
If it was Oral blowjob animation, it might come out more like:
Intro: "I want to lick every inch of you!"
Stage 1: "Mmmm! Your dick tastes soooo good!"
Stage 2: "Slurp! Slurp! Slurp! Slurp!"
Stage 3: "Slurp! Gurgle! Slurp!"
Orgasm: (If she's wearing DD gear) "Thank you for feeding your humble servant, Master!"
If it's non-consensual (Male Player is aggressor and NPC victim), she might call you a filthy pig and plead for mercy, if she's gagged, it will sound more like:

For a Female Player, a consensual Vaginal sex dialogue scene might play out like:
Intro: "Just lie back and let me make you cum!"

But a Female Player victim scene might look more like:
