Buddy LED Smart Collar 0.1

As requested by Ragnarock1234567,  the Buddy LED Smart Collar for Sims.

These collars are currently only for females and come in red, orange, yellow, blue, green, teal, purple, and pink. These do light up however, colors like red, purple, and orange tend to show up as other colors.
