Simple and easy: This is for all "Horse-Lovers"
Tipsy will follow you everywhere in the outside world. Inside of cities and other areas she will be waiting for you. I made "her" because of some tests with riding and I did not like to buy a horse and I don´t like the horse running off player´s area for my tests. I want to examinate the possibilities of riding animations and learn about the entry-points little more...I will maybe add a new race later...depending on, what can be done with the skeleton so far....ups: TIPSY is waiting for you at the entrance of whiterun city (pic1).

What's New in Version 4.0
Released
2.0: More distance between player and horse.......................player................................! (pic 4)
3.0: Tipsy follows now EVERYWHERE and is a STRONG helper if you are in troubles (own splitted horse-race-type!!!) ->>>only THIS horse has that features!!! (tipsy got some little "bits" scaled down) (pic5 til the end)
4.0: Added fully follower functions: with the EFF menu, you can press E and climb up for a ride and then make her a follower with same key. If you want get off riding, you choose the TALK-entry-menu....then you can completly learn to use all the functions within tipsy, that a real follower would also be able to do. You can contain stuff and clothing and tell her to wait or let her go and behave as a friend who is always behind you.
