This is intended to act as an updated version for Drug Framework 2, originally done as an improved version of Drug Framework 1 by me. So...we've come full-circle.

Not much here right now, except some new passage tags that allow other mods to have things happen when you take a "drug" or one expires.

Note that this mod doesn't come with any kind of pills or consumables; those are downloaded separately.
