I did not change the text.
Like, this mod is written for a female character, you will assume the roleplay of a women, for the sub playthrough.
For the top playtrough, you have some quest too and it's written for male character, (you'll assume to have sex with others guys). but, with female mentioned pronouns partners.
Anyway, for both playthrough I recommend to you, to read patiently the Original Mod Page.
