Most female NPC's are semi nude wearing either a top only or bottoms only, 2 of them are fully naked.

Body textures are from Fabijansven's Need for Sexy Mod. They are free to download and use for everyone. 

I've made my own version because the guys in underpants in Need For Sexy are cringe.
