I'm honestly truly totally absolutely shocked.... after all these years.... in 2025.... no one ever made any femboy mod for Metal Gear Solid V TPP... so i had to go trough hours of headaches learning the horrible FOX Engine modding pipeline.

I know people on here aren't much interested in most games not listed on the main page but i decided to upload it anyway, maybe some fellow fembois are searching for it as desperatly as i did ;o
