Back again with another customized Lot of mines made for playing around with wicked whims animations and
partying with your sims and making vids/story telling/home use/hideout/ whatever you want to use the Lot for.
In time the Lot will be updated for the future.
Inside the Lot you will notice alot of X's. That is where you would place your own personal wall art/paintings/etc at your own discretion.
I took my personal wall photos down in case you would like to have a fresh start in placing your own.
this will be updated with my personal wall art too.

Released
Took down older version of the Nightclub due to broken mods used for the LOT, "UPDATE 2" is the newest version and will be updated again for future build
rearrangements/edits and add-on's to the 4th and 2nd floor. check last screen shots
added a real platform to the "throne chair" on the 4th floor so sims can get to the chair
