    Salem is a DLC sized mod that features an arena, guild quest line, fight club, archery tournament, unique Npcs, Side quests, hidden treasures, unique scenes and events, challenging battles, and much more.
     
    Arena
    The Salem arena may be the most advanced elder scrolls arena experience ever created. Featuring 25 re-playable epic battles, you will be entertained facing off with some of Tamriels fiercest competitors. The arena combatants are equipped with unique weapons, armor, and spells for your Skyrim character to take advantage of.
     
    Witchers Guild
    Embark on an expedition killing the evil Witches throughout Salem. The witchers guild is a relatively short quest line offering a few hours of game play and unique experiences for every Skyrim player.
     
    Fight Club
    Head into stone wall tavern and sign up for some fist fighting matches. Win gold defeating your opponents.
     
    Archery Showcase
    Show the townsfolk of Salem your archery skills in the Salem archery showcase. Hit all the targets with a bulls eye and win gold!
     
    Side Quests
    Random events and side quests take place in Salem. Steal from a church or kill dragons. Some of the quests have unique changes based on player choices.

    Requirements
    Salem requires patch Version 1.9.32.0.8 and the Skyrim game.
     
    How long is the mod?
    There is about 8 to 10 hours of gameplay. With the arena fights being re-playable, the mod is technically never ending.
     
    Welcome to Salem
    W2s was created out of my curiosity in the creation kit. It was created as more of a joke and was never meant to be released. This version is the complete change in w2s. There are over 1000 changes and can be taken a bit more seriously for the players.

    As much as I would prefer to not re-direct anyone to the nexus page, my dropbox cannot handle more than 150 d/l a day at this file size before it is shut off.



    What I would like to ask is anyone visiting here for the mod for the love of god show your displeasure at the way modders are treated as cash cows on the nexus sites. Be it in forum posts or pm's or just do it on my comment page fuck it. They insta ban with no warning or communication and their admins tend to be pariahs that break the same rules they enforce so ruthlessly on those who actually get people to visit the site. Free of corporate interests be damned, at least a corporation wouldn't bite the hand that feeds them so stupidly.

    Quest begins with a dialogue option from Allune AFTER DB1 is completed and only when Allune and Dhalia are in the same zone


     
     
     

    Current Known Issues



    1: Lhor has no dialogue options, waiting on audio and will do a update as soon as we get it, will not cause any issue with a game in progress or finished



    2: The door to Thollins house will hit you in the face, I left it due to al the bitching about the doors in episode 1,



    3: Boo didn't summon for me the whole run through, someone let me know if he works for you, he works after so meh



    4: Some banter will pause for a quest scene then pick up after, not sure how to fix this right now



    5: Lack of clutter, the guy doing the clutter is having RL issues and shit so some of the zones are a little bleak, will fix in a future patch

    I would like to thank everyone who has contributed on this mod, from feedback to positive encouragement, to bug testing, cleaning and adding clutter, and to those who donated, some of you way too much. We should have a final version out sometime after Christmas when I get home. Work has already begun on my end for Part 2 and I will go full bore when i get back to triple high def 50'' monitors and a internet connection that doesn't make me relive my everquest days.     One of the scenes gets very very vocal.. NSFW vocal so watch speaker volume.. had it on the bose once. neighbors probably weren't impressed.


     
     
     
    INSTALLATION
    3 FIles, a BSA and a ESM and ESP, extract both to DATA folder or use with NMM (I think, someone confirm or deny all my shits fucked up atm)
     
     
     
    KNOWN ISSUES (None gamebreaking)
    Some ENB's and graphic cards are having trouble with the strange cave load in. Screen goes black or white or blotchy upon load in. If it happens save game, drop to main menu and reload apparently fixes it. Looking into it tonight as its been reported by multiple people. FIXED

    Some bitches wont start combat with you, kill them anyway you are evil right?
    The girls like to leave combat in the middle of it, they start right away again but it leads to some funny shit FIXED
    Inside solitude Bar Allune takes a few seconds to start the scene, pathing navmesh issue, always resolved in under 10 seconds
    Dhalia likes to teleport herself in said inn, was a failsafe that is only needed 2% of the time but meh better safe than sorry
     
    Sometimes allune starts the mod naked... enjoy, should be fixed but if it happens you're welcome
     
    The girls are off normal follower frameworks but some follower overhaul mods COULD cause conflict, let me know if you run into any
    (The former would be due to those mods invasively changing tons of shit and scripts and packages not anything I did so don't expect me to break my back trying to make them work together if it happens)

    The Forgotten Ones Orphanage
     
     
    In a non-descript building just south of Whiterun, there have been reports of children playing at all hours of the night. It is up to you to help these poor kids.
     
    Following the quest for the orphanage most children will be available as followers.
     
    Quest begins when approaching enterance to building.
     
    About the mod creation:
    This mod was created in three weeks time, about 60 hours. Most of that time was learning scripting and fighting game bugs that cause perfectly normal things to not work correctly. This was my second skyrim mod, my first being Liania.
     
    Future work on this mod:
    Simple bug fixes when they are brought up, and requests if any are made. For the most part this mod is complete.
     
    Incompatabilities:
    Will add as anny are reported.
    Based off of:
    SkyKids races & other technical goodies by en_hawk
     
    Requirements:
    -SkyKids races & other technical goodies - follower is a Nord Child
    -dependencies for SkyKids
     
    Installation:
    Extract archive to your skyrim Data folder
     
    UnInstallation:
    Delete Lialia.esp from Data folder
    Delete \textures\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\TheForgottenOnes.esp from Data folder
    Delete meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\TheForgottenOnes.esp from Data Folder
