Sims 4 Legacy Challenge Varient (Beta)

I began playing the Sims 4 Legacy Challenge variant by SIMPLYVANILLASIMS that is called the Build Newcrest Challenge. Because I like to play with mods and a slightly adult content, i decided that I would modify the original and make it slightly more adult as well as tweak the overall game play of this challenge.
The purpose of the Wicked Whims mod is mostly to make pregnancy less predictable. Using vanilla method, you either have kids or you don't (woo hoo vs. try for baby). My method turns of try for baby and makes pregnancy a little more difficult. Other than that, this challenge could definitely be played without the additional mod.
I've also been informed that people are having problems replying to the topic. Please feel free to PM me with any questions, comments, or suggestions for the challenge. Would love to hear from you.

As the title states, it's sweat from head to toe. It's located under face paint in the makeup section. I use it mostly for workout outfits. Feel free to use it however you like.

Made her a transsexual/ Futa girl Dominatrix, I mean the vanilla version was nice and all. But I wanted to add moar traps to my game so I converted her with some alterations, If you have road to fame mod she is a model celeberty. If this is your cup of tea then I hope she fits whatever role you have her in your game, If not, please move on.
Installation: Extract tray files to: You>MyDocuments>ElectronicArts>Sims4>Tray folder. Extract Mods to: You>MyDocuments>ElectronicArts>Sims4>Mods folder. Play game, Wash rinse repeat.

sims4 Stargazer Lounge Makeover

I always had a feeling that Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno has some unused potential, to say the least. Club for elderly people with a big pool, couple of tables and a Karaoke? Come on!!!
So I decided to revamp it a bit. Now it's a night club with a dj, but also some beds with a breathtaking view on San Myshuno, dancing poles, hot tub protruding beyond the roof edge, decent BDSM corner with an open wall, and more! it was supposed to be a Gents Club, not any nasty bordello. You can spend here whole night, my girls had a lot of fun!
Couple of CC was used, mostly from LL and Noir and Dark. I'm not including them, we all have it. I only uploaded couple of CC from other sites or when I wasn't sure where I get them from. Below the list of CC - items in grey are included. Also required packs below. You do it as usual - CC content to Mods folder, tray content to Tray folder.
I haven't been uploading any lots yet, so I hope everything works. Check it out!

npc Expendable Townies (NPCs)

CONTENTS: Tray files, Tray Files and More Tray files for a less pathetic townie generation, Each batch belongs to it's own stereotype of NPC
DESCRIPTION: Do you have Extreme Violence mod? A zombie or other murder mod you kill sims often with? Or maybe you've progressed so far into the game that all the original NPCs died and you got some funky townies as a result of the CC you installed? Well in my case it's BOTH. I batched this together because I wanted more meaningful kills to my sims's names . I tend to cull my game often. And in a variety of ways. Be it Using MCCC or Murder mods. So I decided to batch together tray files so I can respawn the NPCs I murder,..... Eventually.... Maybe after a few generations. I looked everywhere for something like this and found nothing. So here it is. I may add more groups to this in the future if I deem it plausible.
NOTE: I did not create any of these sims, Credit goes to their creators, I simply cobbled together sims i found on the gallery to make a manual townie generator. So my own sims can play with them,... Or kill them.... Maybe both
