She's got nothing to do with the institute, it's just a quirk with her armour.

Well, what is she all about? Is she exotic or native, and what about her parents?

Wouldn't it be super-superficial if one would just throw names at "you" without knowing what your intention is? There must be some agenda behind this idea.
