As you can probably tell from the title I'll be complaining about the French football team because they put in another piss poor performance today (in my opinion) and while it was slightly better than their performance against Australia it was still poor considering the players they've got available to them. honestly playing Pavard and Lucas as full backs is a waste of time as neither of them are proper full backs, hell even Tolisso (who started out as a right back) would be a better choice than Pavard. I know Sidibe and Mendy aren't being risked due to their injuries but Deschamps can still put on players that are proper fullbacks (or at least have played more than one game as a full back for their club.) But honestly Deschamps needs to go, he's a terrible manager but he at least didn't try to fit all the big names in for the match against Peru but he honestly gets his tactics and selections wrong more often than not. Honestly not having a second out and out striker is madness (no Griezmann IS NOT an out and out striker, he works best when paired up with a striker in a two) so leaving Lacazette and Martial out is an absolutely retarded decision as they could give you a different sort of striker from Giroud and if Giroud gets injured they're fucked. Also Rabiot not getting selected isn't that much of a big deal as he doesn't add anything that the other midefielders don't already do and he's not any better than they are either.

Also England, Harry Kane as captain is a stupid decision and they only did that because he's their "main man" but he's NOT a captain, he isn't even the vice captain at Spurs Henderson would have been a much better choice as captain but what really seals it is how clueless the pundits are Alan Shearer said he's captain because he can score goals. Scoring goals isn't leadership it's doing his fucking job.
