Interest Gauge Results Breakdown

As of this posting, 32 of you have sounded off on the Interest Gauge entry. Not a huge number, but enough of a sample size that I'm comfortable taking a closer look at the results, drawing some conclusions, and opening up some discussion on the subjects brought up.

First, incest content in general.

I'm getting a resounding "meh" from this. The technical majority being okay with it means I'll probably go through with it. Warnings will be properly given when it drops, as I generally attempt to do when any questionable fetish appears in my work (a rarity given how tame I am compared to some others around here).

Next up, vampires!

I'm rather disappointed with this one. So cliche. Still, I sort of expected this and am not really surprised. Just, as I said, disappointed... This is one of those I am strongly leaning towards taking an executive action on and just going with what I feel.

Now to my favorite section... general interests!

Any faith I lost in you all was restored in whole here. Non-sex, character building content got a meaningful number of votes! I sort of expected it would fall behind everything except incest. I'm glad enough of you are interested in my characters, or at least interested in character-building. This is something I'll definitely start working towards. I don't have the commitment to go through with a huge arcing story, but character-building on-offs are something I can definitely do.

Thanks, everyone who voted, for sharing your opinions! If there's anything you want to add or expand upon, please comment below!

And before I wrap this post up, yes, more screenshots are coming. I teased something with Kynre and a horse in my last post in the Counterparts thread, but before that I'll finally be getting around to Lillian Hayn's profile entry. After those, who knows! Maybe I'll do more Tutelage finally!

About vampire characters, you asked what people preferred, they answered. Now the real point is to make your stories interesting and well crafted ; and you can do that regardless the gender of the main character I think. Just lean towards the character that gives you the more ideas I think. ;)

I'd also like to add that the subject of vampirism as a whole has become sort of cliche, to the point of where if a story or movie has one, my interest in it drops immensely. That being said, I'd still like to see what you do with it, if anything else, I'd read it for that alone.
