"Oh wow!" Eldawen squealed. She found herself gazing right at a pool built around a hotspring, split into two levels with a fairly extensive but poorly maintained alchemical garden. Selune took her to the smaller pool, which bubbled and steamed with inviting warmth. "How did you get this place, and why didn't you ever tell me we owned a swimming pool!"

"When we moved to Whiterun, I began making connections," Selune said. "Even then, before the war, the Nords weren't entirely trusting of our kind, but the people of Whiterun were more open than most, so I felt that getting a foothold with a local thane would help us stay safe. In doing so, it became necessary to get... particularly close to one of them, an older man and cousin of clan Battle-Born who-"

"You fucked him," Eldawen interjected.

Selune sighed. "Yes, I fucked him. Once, twice at best, I can't remember. Not often is the point, but apparently enough to leave an impression. He died in the war, and entirely to my surprise, left me this parcel of land, with all of this already here. I didn't argue."

"That's... interesting. But I think it's time we had a well-earned soak!" Eldawen said, stretching and proceeding to shed her clothes. Selune followed suit in silent but eager agreement. It had been a long, exhausting day of digging for mushrooms. Both women were more than ready to rest.

It was quiet around them, only the sounds of nature and steam rising around them. Mother and daughter chatted back and forth about goings-on in their lives, talking about magic studies, Maechen's visits, and idle gossip about their respective towns. But Eldawen began to get a bit bored. She glanced around, over the edge of the hot tub - there was a road down there, but not a soul on it. Realizing they were well and truly alone, a mischievous smirk crossed her face. She leaned in to her mother and said, "Hey, you wanna turn this into a skinny dip?"

Selune, who had been enjoying their mother-daughter time up until now, frowned. "Not particularly," she said matter-of-factly.

"Well, you don't have to, but I think I will," Eldawen said, standing up and pulling her stringy top off, pitching it carelessly over the side to the ground quite a distance below. She bounced on her toes, jiggling her breasts for her own amusement.

Selune stood and made her way to the exit. "Do what you want, I'm going to take a look at the garden here and see if anything's salvageable."

"Aw, come on, mom!" Eldawen mock-whined. "It's just us, nobody can see up here, and it's not like we haven't seen each other naked before!"

Selune pressed her hand to her forehead and shook her head. She had no actual problem with getting naked, she just didn't really feel like it right now. But if it would stop Eldawen's pestering, it made little difference if she was topless or not. With a sigh, Selune pulled her top off and laid it carefully on the side of the pool.

"Happy?" Selune asked.

"See, that wasn't so hard, was it?" Eldawen said, smiling. "Don't you feel free? What's better than being comfortable is being topless and comfortable!"

"All I feel is more of a breeze on my nipples," Selune said with a sullen look.

"You know what would cheer you up?" Eldawen said, giggling and pressing her naked torso into Selune's back and wrapping her arms around her waist. "Getting naked. You'll see."

Selune had no problem being naked with her daughter but drew the line at wet, naked hugs. "Let go of me this instant," she said firmly.

"Get naked and I will," Eldawen said with an evil grin. It was mean, but she couldn't help but enjoy seeing her mother so uncomfortable.

"Fine!" Selune exclaimed.

"And stand on the side of the pool with me!" Eldawen hastily added.

"But -- oh, fine, fine, just let go of me!"

Eldawen released Selune from her grasp, and both women shed their bottoms. Eldawen pitched her carelessly over the side as she climb up, while Selune carefully set hers near her top before joining her daughter.

"Look, see? Still not a soul for miles," Eldawen said.

"Eldawen, dear... sometimes you make it very hard to love you," Selune glowered at her.

"But you still do~" Eldawen singsonged.
