On the surface, Selune might appear to be little more than Neloth's slave, if you've been following the words and not just looking at the pictures, you'll know it's not quite so black-and-white.
Selune is Neloth's apprentice first and foremost. Her obedience is simply a condition of her continued apprenticeship. Today I'd like to illustrate what an average day is actually like for Selune.
Learning is always the word of the day, and that often means lots of research. Alongside Talvas, who though an idiot on the outside is quite a bit more intelligent and driven than he lets on, most days she'll spend several hours pouring over tomes to glean minor details or uncover forgotten knowledge lost on some page of a dusty old book.

Chores are an important part of maintaining the tower and establishing heirarchy. Talvas and Selune take turns tending to simple cleaning tasks while Neloth's personal handservant is dealing with other important issues, like making yet another batch of canis root tea because the last one was slightly oversteeped.

But for Selune, the most important part of the day is spell practice. If she intends to overcome the deficiency she was born with, it will take as much practical application of knowledge as it will booklearning. Neloth, though lacking an answer for her problem, takes her situation very seriously, and makes a great effort to teach her as much as he can. He's curious about her arcane birth defect, more than even she realizes, and has been making meticulous observations since she arrived. Her practice is all part of this process. One day they'll arrive at conclusion...
...but right now, there's little either can do. So, as you would expect, he takes advantage of their agreement.

Off and on throughout the day, Neloth paws at Selune. She doesn't mind it at all so long as it's within the confines of the tower, though his disregard for Talvas' presence when he decides to get hands-y is occasionally off-putting. It helps that Neloth seems to have a knack for knowing just where and how hard to squeeze. In the right mood it can even be somewhat arousing, though more often than not it's just something she tolerates.
The naughtiest part of her day, however, is right at the very beginning. Every morning, immediately after she changes into her uniform, before any research starts, Selune orally services Neloth. She greets him saying, "Good morning, Master Neloth. May I please suck your cock?" Sometime's he'll forgo it and make her blow Talvas instead, though this is usually only if Talvas has managed to make Neloth less angry than usual. But most days, she'll simply swallow his load and carry on, thanking him for "breakfast" and cracking open the first book that needs her attention for the day.
