SKSEが正常に動作しない。
症状は
・Memory Fix機能が動作しない。
・上書きセーブ時のsave.skseの作成に異常な時間がかかる。
SKSE.iniの編集ミス、文字コード指定の誤りなどを疑って色々やってみたが、"EnableDiagnostics"を切り替えたところそこは正しく動作した。
"DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB"が動作していないらしい。
古いSSMEを引っ張り出して使用したところ、Crash Fixesからの警告が止まったため、何かが不足していてSKSEが機能していないのが原因ではないかと考えている。
多分だがこのtopicと同一の症状ではないだろうか。

このtopicでも原因はわかっていないようだが、私の場合OSをWindows 10にしてからこの問題が発生するようになった。
なお、私の現在のSkyrimのmod構成は以下の通りであり、またニューゲームでもセーブの遅延は生じたためおそらくmod構成がどうである、セーブがクリーンではないといった問題ではないと思われる。

Symptoms

- Take unusual time to create the save.skse at the time of overwrite save.
Editing mistake of SKSE.ini, tried various doing doubting such as error of character code specified, but there was switching the "EnableDiagnostics" was operating correctly.
"DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB" apparently is not working.
Was used to pull the old SSME, because it was stopped warning from the Crash Fixes, the SKSE something is missing is not functioning are thinking that it is the cause.
Maybe it is, but I wonder this is not the topic of the same symptoms.
This cause any topic does not seem to know, but became my case OS from the Windows 10 so that this problem occurs.
It should be noted, mod configuration of my current of Skyrim are as follows, and also delay the save in New game is what probably mod configuration for that occurred, does not appear to be a problem, such as save is not clean.
