I have tried many ENB configurations over the past few years and eventually settled down on T.A.Z Visual Overhaul.
I tried a few since but always reverted them back to T.A.Z

I find it has a good balance of dark nights and interiors, vivid exteriors, support for configuration for multiple weather and good overall customization.

To use this configuration, first install the main files for T.A.Z and make sure it works for you.
Then overwrite config files with these.

In case it makes a difference, I am using two other atmospheric mods.

• Real Clouds - I keep it in spite of a hard crash on one of the weather types. It make the skies so much more dramatic.
• ELFX - Because it is a masterpiece of lighting. I use the Hardcore, Weather and Exteriors optional esp files.

I initially had severe issues with TAZ but it turns out I still had old files from Climates of Tamriels. Once I removed them, TAZ started working as advertised.
