Summary

In the aftermath of the successful uprising of Ulfric’s rebellion against the Empire in Skyrim, most citizens of the province expected a smooth transition into Nord hands. However, as neglect grew for the citizens of Skyrim, bandit raids and looters became a normal occurrence. Citizens flocked to their Jarls for aid, only to befell upon deaf ears. As years go by, those who once supported the Stormcloaks turned to local militias for help and guidance. Eventually another uprising occurs in the form of another civil war. This time, it was the people against the rulers of Skyrim themselves.
