SLSF Reloaded has a set of internal flags corresponding to each fame type. Mods that register themselves with SLSF Reloaded can manipulate these flags, and each mod's flags are individually tracked. That means Mod-A's flags will not interfere with Mod-B's flags.

Each flag can be TRUE/FALSE for each fame category. If at least one registered mod has a certain flag set to "TRUE" then the mod considers that flag "Active" for the player.

An active flag means that the player can gain periodic fame in that category regardless of any other conditions.

There is one special/extra flag that can be activated which will cause a player to gain Whore fame instead of Slut fame during a Sexlab scene. This flag is the "Sex Worker" Flag (previously named "Whore Event" Flag). This flag is useful for authors of prostitution mods in order to give Whore fame instead of Slut fame while the player is working as a prostitute. (Remember: Whores get paid. Sluts do it for free.)
